Shea Miller

Shea graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2014, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. At Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, Shea concentrates her practice within the Litigation Solutions and Alternatives to Litigation Teams. In addition to her litigation practice, Shea aids clients with employment, educational, and guardianship and conservatorship matters.

Prior to joining Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, Shea served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Charles S. Miller of the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota and as a law clerk in the state district court for the Southwest Judicial District of North Dakota. Shea incorporates the practical wisdom, insight, and procedural knowledge she gained as a judicial clerk to assist her clients in strategically and effectively navigating the litigation process.

Shea is originally from Mandan, North Dakota. Prior to her time in law school, Shea attended college at the University of North Dakota, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She currently serves as President for the Downtown Dickinson Association and as past President for the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association.

In her free time, Shea enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and trying as many new restaurants as possible.
